We have three grades of resin bond diamond powder:
RBD-A It has gray green colour, rough surface,blocky crystal shape with micro -chipping structure which ensures the degree of friability required for high quality resin bond tools.It has higher strength than grade A,offering high grinding efficiency, better wear resistance and severe grinding demands.In the unclad form it is suitable for use in vitrified bonds and special resin bond applications. It is available in the full range of metal claddings for use in resin bond tools.
RBD-B It has bottle green colour,massive crystal,high strength and wear resistance,suitable for high demanding application.
RBD-C It has gray black colour,rough surface,irregular shape with micro-chipping structure .Offering friable strength, suitalbe for the economic resin bond tools applications with better cutting efficiency and higher removal rates. |
